A health representative
A representative will be appointed at your holiday destination to ensure that health protocols are in place, that employees and customers comply with them, and that there is sufficient supplies to implement them.
Staff & Protection
Our staff will be equipped with masks, hand sanitiser, disposable gloves and protective plexiglass screens at the reception desk.
Each location will have its own signage regarding the rules to be followed.
[Update]: as of 15/03/2022, masks and vaccine passes are no longer mandatory on the campsite.
Barrier measures
All areas frequented by customers are subject to specific regulations: access times, number of people, direction of traffic, prefectural authorisation to open.
Facilities (toilets, laundries, mobile homes)
The toilets are disinfected as much as possible but remain inaccessible during the cleaning phase and are STRICTLY reserved for campers staying on natural pitches (tents, motorhomes and caravans).
Communal areas (swimming pools, kids' club, cinema, entertainment, barbecue, pétanque)
Access to swimming pools will be regulated in terms of number of people, duration and even equipment. The indoor swimming pool may be subject to specific regulations or even closed in accordance with the prefectural decrees in force.
Equipment such as barbecues and pétanque courts will be limited in number to ensure social distancing, and everyone will be asked to be considerate and respect the time limits for use.
Access to the kids' club, when authorised, will be subject to a one-way system, with priority given to outdoor activities that allow social distancing measures to be observed.
Restaurant & grocery store
The restaurant and grocery store have their own regulations regarding the wearing of masks, conditions of access, delivery and takeaway sales.
