ABOUT THE CAMPSITE 
Q: How far are the beach, town centre and shops from the campsite?
The nearest beach is 1,000 metres away, and Espiguette Beach is around 3 kilometres away. Espiguette beach is a jewel in the crown of the Grau-du-Roi/Port-Camargue area and offers over ten kilometres of fine sand in a natural, unspoilt and protected environment. During the off-season, discounted parking tickets for Espiguette Beach are available to purchase at reception. Guests wearing the campsite wristband can use the shuttle bus to Espiguette beach free of charge during high season.
The town centre and its shops are 1.5 kilometres from the campsite. The campsite's restaurant, bar and grocery store are also on site.
Q: Is access to the swimming pools free?
Reserved for campsite guests, 'L'ESPACE BLEU', which has two swimming pools (one of which is covered and heated at the beginning and end of the season) and a children's pool, is available free of charge from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. You must wear a wristband to access the pools. For hygiene reasons, shorts, swimming trunks and burkinis are not permitted; only swimwear is allowed.
ABOUT YOUR BOOKING
Q: I would like to make a booking. How can I do this?
There are three ways to make a booking:
- Online, by clicking on the ‘BOOK’ section. Booking is quick and payment by credit card is completely secure.
- By going to the ‘CONTACT US’ section, filling in the documentation request form, then clicking on ‘PRINT A BOOKING CONTRACT’ and sending it back to us by email or post, along with your deposit.
- By post: simply return the booking contract, which can be detached from the campsite brochure, duly completed and accompanied by your deposit.
The booking is only valid after payment of the deposit and receipt of the confirmation sent by the campsite.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Q: Can I make a provisional booking?
Unfortunately, we do not take provisional bookings. Only bookings that are accompanied by a deposit for your stay are considered valid. To save time, we recommend booking via our website.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your stay using any of the following methods: bank cheques, ANCV holiday vouchers, e-holiday vouchers, Connect holiday vouchers, bank cards or cash. Please note that bank cheques are not accepted at the counter.
Q: When do I need to pay?
A deposit and a signed contract are required to secure a reservation. The balance must be paid one month before your arrival. After this date, we will not accept payment by cheque.
Q: Is it safe to pay with my credit card?
Yes, because our receptionist ensures that transactions are carried out correctly. Thanks to 3D Secure, payments on our website are completely secure.
Q: How can I change my booking?
You can change your booking subject to availability (for example, you can change the dates, the type of accommodation or the number of guests). Only written requests will be taken into account.
Q: What is included in cancellation insurance?
The events covered by Cancellation Cover are listed below:
- Death, serious physical injury or sudden serious illness affecting you or a close family member;
Relocation due to a job transfer.
Redundancy affecting you or your spouse.
- Damage to your main residence due to fire, water damage or property damage resulting from theft, vandalism, storms or natural disasters.
Cancellation Cover ceases to apply from the start of the rental period and cannot be invoked if one of the above events occurs during the stay. It costs €6 per day and must be paid in full at the time of booking. This amount is added to the deposit and applies to all persons registered for the stay.
To be valid, cancellation of the stay must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt no later than three days after the event leading to the cancellation. The complete and irrefutable list of reasons covered by this guarantee is provided above.
All cancellation requests must be accompanied by specific, indisputable supporting documents.
The cancellation guarantee ensures reimbursement of the contractual rental price if you cancel between the booking date and 15 days before the arrival date at the campsite for an event that was unknown or unforeseeable at the time of booking. If you cancel more than 15 days before the arrival date, you will be reimbursed 25% of the full rental amount.
Non-refundable amounts include the cancellation guarantee and the cancellation fees for the stay, totalling €84.
Q: Why choose cancellation cover?
Without it, if you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the start of your stay, the deposit paid will be retained. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the full amount will be retained.
ABOUT YOUR STAY 
Q: We may arrive very late. If reception is closed, what should we do?
Check-in is available from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Departures are between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
The reception is open until 7 p.m. in the low season and until 8 p.m. in the high season. Please notify the campsite village if you are arriving late.
Q: How are the mobile home rentals equipped?
All of our mobile homes are equipped with:
- 1 spacious and bright living room with dining area: Convertible into a double bed for 6 people (ideal for children).
- 1 bedroom with a double bed: pillows and blankets provided, sheets not provided
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds side by side: pillows and blankets provided, sheets not provided
- 1 Fitted kitchen: With a gas or electric hob, fridge, microwave, electric coffee maker and crockery for up to 4 or 6 people depending on the accommodation, heating and water heater, bathroom with washbasin and shower, separate toilet
- 1 garden furniture set with shutters or pergola.
Please note: There is no television in the rentals except in the Grand Méditerranéen Premium and Comfort mobile homes. The Famille Plus Premium mobile homes are equipped with a television, dishwasher, reversible air conditioning and unlimited Wi-Fi access.
If you wish to bring your own, remember to bring an indoor antenna.
Q: Are the campsite's leisure activities and entertainment subject to a charge?
The following facilities are available on site free of charge:
- LA MAISON CARREE: your air-conditioned, fully accessible cinema, with a public screening every day of the week
- A pétanque court
- A multi-sports ground (football, handball, basketball, etc.)
- Ping-pong tables
- An outdoor fitness area
- A completely secure playground for children
Free daily entertainment is available, especially during the high season, when our entire entertainment team is at your disposal:
- LES LUTINS CAMARGUAIS: the ‘Abri de Camargue’ kids' club is fully accessible to people with disabilities and open all day, offering crafts, pool games, shows for children, and more
- L'ANNEXE: the musical youth club by night, a place where teenagers can get together with a DJ and musical entertainment especially for them
- Evening entertainment: karaoke, shows, themed dance evenings, etc.
- Sports activities with tournaments, training sessions and challenges
- Aquafun lessons
Q: Are barbecues permitted?
We have created a communal charcoal barbecue area for your use, which you can access free of charge. Using barbecues in any other area is strictly prohibited.
Q: Can we park our car on the pitch?
Each pitch has space for one car. However, if you have a second vehicle, you will need to pay to use the campsite's private car park.
Q: Are the dogs allowed?
Yes, but there is a fee of €7 per night for each dog. Only one dog or cat is permitted per pitch or mobile home.
Category 1 and 2 animals are not permitted on the campsite. You must present an up-to-date vaccination certificate for your pet.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, must not cause any disturbance or threaten the cleanliness of the campsite, and must not behave aggressively towards people.
Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beaches or on the shuttle bus to Espiguette Beach. Only one pet is permitted per rental

Q: Some friends with a baby are joining us for the night, so there will be more than six of us on the pitch. How will that work?
The pitches and mobile homes are designed for a maximum of six people, including children and babies. Any additional guests will not be permitted.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN RENTING A PITCH FOR MOTORHOMES, CARAVANS, ETC.
These pitches are designed to accommodate tents, caravans and motorhomes.
Our prices include the pitch itself, accommodation for up to six people, parking for one car, electricity (provided on all pitches), access to sanitary facilities with hot water, and access to the L'ESPACE BLEU swimming pools (one of which is covered and heated at the beginning and end of the season). In high season, you will also have access to the air-conditioned LA MAISON CARREE cinema and daily entertainment.
There is a motorhome service area inside the campsite.
During the high season, we strongly recommend booking for stays of at least one week. At other times, there is no minimum stay requirement. We do not rent out bare pitches for long stays.
