Beach Rive gauche
As the town is divided in two, this beach stretches from the Grau-du-Roi channel on the ‘left bank’ to the Seaquarium.
This fairly urban beach, approximately 500 metres long, is ideal for families with children thanks to its services and facilities (sunshade and deckchair hire, beach bars, etc.). Children can enjoy free activities on the beach such as the giant trampoline or the spider.

Supervised from June to the end of August, shallow for about 100 metres, with very few waves, young and old alike can enjoy a peaceful time with their families.
Beach wristbands? Visit the tourist office or the lifeguard station to pick up a free identity wristband for your child. Safety guaranteed for everyone.

This long stretch of sand is bordered by the seafront promenade. It is teeming with bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours. And what could be better after a day at the beach than going shopping or strolling through the small shopping streets of Le Grau-du-Roi? Further away, the urban environment gives way to small dunes.
Discover the most beautiful sunsets. To get around, opt for bicycle hire.
